1. Acceptance
By creating an account or running an instance on VibeOS, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The Service
VibeOS provides a hosted web operating system, including virtual instances, storage volumes, optional AI features, and related tooling. Features may change or be discontinued at any time.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your region).
4. Plans and Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe. You may cancel at any time from the billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Token top-ups and one-time purchases are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Your Content
You retain ownership of any data you upload to your storage volumes or instances. You grant VibeOS the limited rights necessary to host, back up, and display that content to you.
6. Acceptable Use
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate any account or instance that violates it.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VibeOS will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenue.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, you will be prompted to accept the new version before continuing to use your instances.
