Information we collect (registered users only)
The following data is collected only when you create and use a registered account.
- Account data: email, display name, avatar, authentication identifiers.
- Instance and storage data: the files, configuration, and content you create inside VibeOS.
- Usage data: AI token usage, billing events, and login/access logs.
- Device data: approximate location (country/region) and user-agent for security.
How we use it
To operate the service, enforce plan limits, prevent abuse, process payments via Stripe, send transactional and account emails, and improve features.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share limited data with sub-processors required to run the service (hosting, email, payments, analytics, AI providers).
Retention
We keep your data while your account is active. Deleting your account removes your instances and storage volumes. Some records (billing, security logs) may be retained for legal compliance.
