You may not
- Use instances to host malware, phishing pages, or botnet command-and-control.
- Run sustained workloads that abuse shared compute.
- Store or distribute child sexual abuse material, or content that incites violence.
- Send unsolicited bulk email (spam) from any instance, account, or AI tool.
- Attempt to disrupt, probe, or break the security of VibeOS or other users' instances.
- Use the AI features to generate disallowed content (illegal acts, targeted harassment, etc.).
- Resell, share, or transfer your account without our written permission.
- Infringe any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
- Circumvent plan limits, rate limits, or access controls.
Enforcement
We may suspend, throttle, or terminate any instance, storage volume, or account that we believe is violating this policy. For severe or repeated violations we may also retain and disclose relevant logs to law enforcement.
